categories There are categories for
  • Women
  • Men
divisions For each gender there are ten age divisions
  • 15-19
  • 20-24
  • 25-29
  • 30-34
  • 35-39
  • 40-44
  • 45-49
  • 50-54
  • 55-59
  • 60+
 
For teams...
categories There are three categories
  • Women
  • Men
  • Mixed
divisions In each of those categories there are two age divisions (combined age of team members for the three relay legs):
  • under 99
  • 99 and over
There is also an Extended Family division for the three best family teams across all the categories and age divisions.
