Race Registration: There is NO race day registration!
Registration for relay teams must be postmarked by July 10
Registration for individuals must be received by July 19 (and earlier registration is cheaper)
Packet Pick-up: Packets may be secured at Mountain High Sports (105 E 4th St) on Friday and Saturday, July 18 and 19, from noon until 6:00pm
Race Day Pick-up: 6:00-8:00am in Vantage at the Boat Launch
Race Day Check-in:

6:00-8:00am in Vantage at the Boat Launch.

New in 2008: Race day check-in is mandatory for all participants. You will need to show photo identification and sign the race waiver. Team runners who want to avoid the drive to Vantage must go to the packet pick-up at Mt High Sports on Friday or Saturday and show ID and sign the waiver there.
Race Starts: 8:30am in Vantage
Race Transportation: Bus leaves for Vantage at 6:45am from Memorial Pool (815 E 6th St, Ellensburg, WA 98926)
Race Time Limits: Swim Limit: 50 minutes -- Any swimmers still in the water at this time will be removed by lifeguards and carried to the swim/bike transition area. Athletes who choose to continue on to complete the bike and run courses will not be official finishers elegible for awards.
Race Limit: 5 hours -- The bike and run courses will close at this time, including removal of aid stations and course marshals. Athletes who choose to continue must obey normal pedestrian traffic rules. Athletes finishing after this limit will not be recorded as official finishers or elegible for awards.
Entry Deadline: Entries received after 7/10 won't be guaranteed a bus seat, t-shirt, or a catered meal
Refund Deadline: No refunds after 7/10
Bus Transportation: FOR THOSE NEEDING TRANSPORTATION FROM ELLENSBURG TO VANTAGE
1. Bus cost from the Ellensburg Community Swimming Pool to Vantage is $10 per person and must be submitted with the entry.
2. Bus requests post-marked after 7/10 will be on a space available basis.
3. Those using the bus service will have their bicycles transported to Vantage in a separate vehicle.
